Job Description

Job Title: Academic Support Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our Attendance Team as an Academic Support Officer. The successful candidate will be responsible for tracking, monitoring, and providing support to students and families to ensure excellent attendance and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to improve student attendance and engagement
  • Work closely with teachers, parents, and other stakeholders to identify and address attendance-related issues
  • Provide individualized support to students and families to promote positive attendance habits
  • Collaborate with the Attendance Team to develop and implement attendance policies and procedures
  • Monitor and analyze attendance data to inform decision-making and improve attendance rates
