Overview: The Digital Modernization Sector at 00100 LEIDOS, INC. is in search of a skilled Project Manager to oversee the service processes, initiatives, and protocols of the program. This role serves as the primary point of contact for service planning and performance coordination with various enterprise IT service providers and relevant stakeholders to identify necessary service-specific modifications throughout the lifecycle of the Service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary representative on-site for program communications, ensuring that complex challenges during system development and implementation are addressed promptly.
  • Oversee the integration of engineering and operational systems, ensuring that all components function cohesively while meeting both functional and technical specifications aligned with customer needs.
  • Identify and engage with all stakeholders to communicate and resolve issues related to specific projects and service offerings, whether they pertain to personnel, processes, or technology.
  • Lead and support cross-functional teams to foster shared accountability and commitment towards achieving program objectives and delivering Network Connectivity Service requests.
  • Serve as the main contact for program-related information, manage essential relationships, and facilitate reviews for site and enterprise projects.
  • Establish and uphold performance standards while measuring progress towards set goals.
  • Conduct timely and accurate milestone reviews and regular reporting on assigned projects, utilizing these tools to identify risks and issues, and develop action plans for mitigation.
  • Facilitate escalations and communicate program status and issues to associates across technical, non-technical, and executive leadership roles.
  • Comprehend and implement the long-term strategy for the service area as it relates to the program, in collaboration with program-defined network service area leaders and program management.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Must possess TS SCI CI Poly clearance.
  • A minimum of 16 years of relevant experience, which may include a combination of work history and education.
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and governance skills to effectively manage projects from inception to completion.
  • Background in IT, computer systems engineering, systems engineering and analysis, or project management is essential.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment while adapting to shifting customer priorities.
  • Experience in service or product management is preferred.
  • Strong organizational and critical thinking abilities.
  • Proven experience in stakeholder management.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Expertise in a defined network service area, including network engineering, security, or monitoring.
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively collaborate with senior and executive-level government personnel.
