Job Title: Environmental Administrator

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Environmental Administrator to join our Operations team. The successful candidate will be responsible for monitoring supplier collections, managing customer orders, and ensuring timely completion of Waste Management Services.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Monitor supplier collections and manage customer orders to ensure timely completion of Waste Management Services.
  2. Ensure accuracy in order confirmations and assist with Waste Transfer documentation.
  3. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve complaints within SLA.

Requirements:

  1. 1+ years of experience in customer service, logistics, or control tower roles.
  2. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
