Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance Assurance Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our business operations are in compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective compliance programs and procedures to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
  • Conduct regular audits and reviews to identify areas for improvement and ensure that controls are operating effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and assess risks, and develop strategies to mitigate them.
  • Provide training and guidance to employees on compliance policies and procedures.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations to stay up-to-date on changing regulations and industry best practices.
  • Identify and report any compliance issues or concerns to senior management.
  • Develop and maintain compliance metrics and reporting to ensure that compliance performance is measured and reported effectively.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in compliance, risk management, or internal audit.
  • Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate complex compliance issues to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
