About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Recruiter to join our team at Kepak Group on a 12 month fixed term contract. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for sourcing, selecting, and onboarding top talent to support the growth and success of our business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various recruitment methods to identify and attract top candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule and conduct interviews with shortlisted candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient process.
  • Offer Management: Extend job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms and conditions as needed.
  • Onboarding: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless transition into the organization.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Track and analyze recruitment metrics, providing insights to inform future recruitment strategies.
Requirements
  • Proven Recruitment Experience: A minimum of 2 years of recruitment experience, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems and social media platforms.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the food manufacturing industry and its recruitment challenges.
