As a recruiter, you will be responsible for candidate recruitment, from drawing in top talent, assessing and selecting the best candidates, organizing and conducting interviews, to overseeing the hiring documentation and ensuring a smooth candidate journey.

Key Responsibilities
  • Be the driving force behind our recruitment efforts, ensuring a delightful experience for all candidates.
  • Collaborate with the HR Manager and division/group recruitment teams to design and execute a top-notch recruiting strategy.
  • Stay one step ahead by proactively exploring new recruitment methods and initiatives to meet our sites evolving needs.
  • Recruit candidates aligned with our site's minimum resourcing levels, consulting with managers when necessary.
  • Showcase your creativity by crafting engaging job adverts and posting them on various platforms, such as career sites, social media, and government websites.
  • Utilise all available resources, including databases, social media, and our referral scheme, to source candidates directly.
  • Evaluate candidate applications against job requirements to ensure the perfect fit.
  • Conduct phone or video interviews to assess the suitability of international candidates.
  • Employ recruiting tools, such as tests and assessments, to evaluate and determine candidates' skills.
  • Provide shortlisted candidates to hiring managers, coordinating and scheduling interviews, including any necessary assessments.
  • Support hiring managers throughout the interview process, offering guidance and assistance.
  • Maintain accurate records of interviews and update new hire employee files accordingly.
  • Track and analyse recruitment KPIs
  • Produce well-documented recruiting reports, conducting regular market research to stay informed about key competition in the region.
  • Stay current with the latest recruiting methods and employment insights that may impact our site and region.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in handling high volume, fast-paced recruitment either in an agency setting (perhaps a temp desk) or within an internal high volume recruitment role
  • Impressive communication skills with the ability to positively influence others
  • Adept at prioritizing tasks and effectively managing multiple competing deadlines
  • Strong proficiency in IT skills, particularly Excel, would be a plus
  • Experience working within the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) or manufacturing industry would be highly valued
  • Sound knowledge of best practices in recruitment
