About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Child Psychologist to join our team at the Nottingham Children's Hospital. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will provide specialist clinical psychology services to children and young people with endocrine, diabetes, and DSD conditions.

Main Responsibilities
  • Work closely with the Children's Endocrinology, Diabetes, and DSD Teams to provide consultation, direct work, and attend multidisciplinary clinics.
  • Develop and implement complex multi-media materials for presentations in public, professional, and academic settings.
  • Provide consultation, training, and supervision to other professionals and non-professionals within and outside the NHS.
  • Participate in clinical research and develop your clinical research interests.
Requirements
  • Completed or due to complete a postgraduate doctoral level DClinPsy in clinical psychology as accredited by the BPS.
  • Evidence of continuing professional development as recommended by the BPS/HCPC.
  • Experience of teaching, training, and/or professional and clinical supervision.
  • Experience of working with people with medical/chronic physical health conditions and across a range of severity and presentations.
  • Up-to-date immunisations, including TB and HepB.
