You will be an experienced Creative Director looking to take on a new challenge in a rapidly growing agency. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will inspire and empower our creative team, nurturing talent and supporting our Design Directors to push boundaries and deliver award-winning work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead our creative team to deliver exceptional work that sets us apart from the competition.
  • Develop and implement strategic brand design strategies across our client base.
  • Collaborate with our Managing Director and Senior Leadership Team to drive business growth and innovation.
  • Identify new opportunities and introduce exciting new projects for Brandon Consultants.
  • Travel to build relationships with clients and spend time in our Manchester Studio.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Creative Director in a strategic brand, design, or advertising agency.
  • Exceptional creative and commercial acumen, with a track record of delivering award-winning work.
  • A hunger for innovation and a willingness to take calculated risks.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and empower others.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
