Brandon Consultants is seeking an exceptional creative leader to inspire and drive our strategic vision as we continue to evolve and grow.

As our new Creative Director, you will focus on expanding our offering into new categories and markets globally, delivering innovative solutions to elevate our agency's profile and reputation through our work, and empowering a talented team to achieve greatness.

To succeed in this role, you will have a wealth of creative experience and expertise, helping brands to grow through powerful and compelling ideas that drive commercial success for our clients.

You will be an experienced Creative Director looking to take on a new challenge in an agency undergoing rapid growth and transformation. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team, you will inspire and motivate the creative team, and work closely with the Managing Director and wider SLT to nurture talent and support the Design Directors to push boundaries and deliver exceptional work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead client partnerships through strategic thinking, exceptional creativity, and commercial acumen.
  • Develop and implement brand design strategies across our entire client base.
  • Collaborate with the Design Directors to deliver work that sets industry standards.
  • Travel to build relationships with clients and spend time in our Manchester Studio.
