About Our Client:

Our client is renowned for their exceptional quality in lenses and frames, fostering long-lasting relationships with customers that highlight their commitment to excellence and service. The Customer Service Team is dedicated to ensuring customer satisfaction and providing prompt responses to inquiries. Their aim is to be recognized as a preferred supplier within the industry. As part of a larger organization, they boast a network of over 7,200 stores and a workforce of 39,000 employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort incoming orders by frame types and stock/RX.
  • Utilize glazing software to initiate 250 programs and accurately register new glazing orders.
  • Review contracts and assess all orders and returns for processing.
  • Ensure daily calibration and maintenance of all Tess scanners.
  • Scan new orders and return order frames using Tess scanners for order entry.
  • Monitor departmental reports, including P&A frame receipt, and communicate any lab delays to management.
  • Order package frames from suppliers, logging details and tracking receipt.
  • Process all manual credits using AS400 and Salesforce tools.
  • Confirm fax or manual orders via AS400.
  • Retrieve paperwork and analyze the ordering process.
  • Enter new orders into the ordering system.
  • Assist with administrative tasks as directed by the CRM Management team.
  • Respond to and act on all expeditor cases raised by CRM teams on Salesforce.
  • Collaborate with customer service team members to prioritize jobs and report potential delays.
  • Work on Saturdays as required to meet business needs.

  • Proficient in PC and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills with confidence.
  • Able to work effectively within a multi-disciplinary team.
  • Previous experience in a customer service environment.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced setting.
  • Meticulous attention to detail.

Desirable Attributes:

  • Familiarity with manufacturing environments.
  • Understanding of optical principles.
  • Preferred experience in optical glazing.
