About the Role

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Connected Places Catapult. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in providing expert advice and guidance on all aspects of HR, including employee relations, employment law, and HR policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide guidance and support to managers on HR-related matters, including employee relations, performance management, and employment law.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment law and best practice.
  • Conduct investigations and provide recommendations on employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and performance management.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement HR initiatives and projects that support the business strategy.
  • Provide training and development opportunities to managers and employees on HR-related topics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of HR-related data and metrics.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in HR, with a focus on employee relations and employment law.
  • Excellent knowledge of employment law and HR policies and procedures.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with managers and employees at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations.
