HR Advisor Job Description

Bloomsbury Publishing Plc is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our dynamic HR Team. As an HR Advisor, you will provide expert guidance and support to line managers and employees across the UK business.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide HR advice and guidance on HR Policy, processes, and initiatives
  • Support HR Business Partners with Employee Relations cases
  • Conduct exit interviews with employees
  • Participate in strategic HR Projects
  • Manage Occupational Health cases
  • Administer HR-related tasks
Requirements:
  • Demonstrated HR Advisory experience
  • Knowledge of employment law and HR practices
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
