About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Mortgage Servicing Specialist to join our team at Stellar Select Limited. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth servicing of mortgages throughout their entire lifecycle.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Delivering accurate and timely processing of mortgage administration activities
  • Providing regular communication with customers experiencing payment difficulties
  • Discussing and negotiating arrears workout options, such as arrangements, capitalisation, loan workouts, and shortfall sales
  • Monitoring agreed workout strategies to ensure compliance and taking further action as necessary
  • Analysing problems, thinking creatively, and making effective decisions in a timely manner

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • Prior experience in operational loans
  • Experience working with customers experiencing financial difficulties
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong English verbal and written communication skills
  • Great attention to detail
  • A good understanding of regulatory requirements and their impact on the business
