Job Summary

Synchro is seeking a highly skilled IT Infrastructure Specialist to join our team. As an IT Infrastructure Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the IT network and infrastructure support for the Build and Test department.

Key Responsibilities

  • Network Management: Manage Active Directory Users and Computers, oversee scheduled reboots for Windows updates during testing downtime, and troubleshoot Windows issues on test cell servers and computers.
  • Network Connectivity: Maintain and map network connectivity, tracking additions and removals for an accurate network overview, and assign computer names and IP addresses to new devices, adding them to the domain.
  • Disaster Recovery: Maintain backups of test cell computers for disaster recovery and support security measures on IT and OT equipment.

Requirements

  • Strong Networking Knowledge: Strong networking knowledge, including experience with legacy software, familiarity with AVL PUMA and Horiba STARS systems, and understanding of cybersecurity.
