Position Overview:
As a Fitness and Wellness Consultant, you will play a vital role in enhancing the health and fitness experience at our facility. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure the smooth operation of the gym, providing exceptional service and support to all users.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily management of the fitness center, ensuring a high standard of service.
- Guide and educate clients on the safe and effective use of gym equipment.
- Develop, implement, and promote various fitness classes, challenges, and events.
- Offer personalized fitness advice and create tailored training programs for clients.
- Foster a welcoming and positive environment for all visitors to the center.
- Assist in other departments and locations as required.
Qualifications:
- Possession of a Level 2 Fitness Instructors Qualification (YMCA, Premier, or equivalent).
- A strong commitment to delivering excellent customer service.
- Outstanding communication abilities.
- A collaborative team player.
- Previous experience in the leisure sector is preferred.
Work Schedule:
Due to the nature of our operations, the role will require flexibility to work weekends, bank holidays, and evenings.
