Job Description

Job Title: Financial Planning and Analysis Manager

Job Summary:

Crown Decorating Centres is seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for providing financial analysis and planning support to senior management, driving business decisions, and ensuring the accuracy and reliability of financial data.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets to support business planning and decision-making
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management to inform business decisions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for cost savings and process improvements
  • Design and implement financial reporting and dashboard solutions to enhance business visibility and decision-making
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including senior management, department heads, and external partners

Requirements:

  • Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a management accounting role
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-financial stakeholders
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in financial modeling and data analysis
