About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Women's Support Worker to join our team at the Regenda Group. As a Women's Support Worker, you will play a vital role in providing support to women with complex needs within our supported housing projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide empathetic and non-judgmental support to women with complex needs, including mental health, substance misuse, and domestic abuse.
  • Assess and plan effective support to help women sustain their tenancy and achieve their goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, colleagues, and external agencies to ensure a comprehensive support network.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality support services and achieve excellent outcomes for service users.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the highest standards of care and support.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in housing or a related field, with a focus on supporting women with complex needs.
  • Strong assessment and planning skills, with the ability to develop and deliver effective support plans.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with service users and colleagues.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
  • Full UK driving license (desirable).
