You will work proactively with service users to assess their needs, plan and deliver effective support, and help them develop resilience, live independently, and be an asset to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess service users' needs and develop personalized support plans
- Deliver high-quality support to empower service users to achieve their goals
- Work collaboratively with colleagues and external agencies to ensure comprehensive support
Requirements:
- Experience working with women who have been homeless and/or have complex needs
- Ability to assess needs, plan, and deliver effective support
- Strong organizational skills, with experience in timekeeping, planning, and workload management
