Job Summary:

Heathrow Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cargo Operations Duty Manager to oversee the cargo operations on a 4 on 4 off basis, days only. This is an excellent opportunity to join a company and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor flight schedules and dispatch to ensure smooth operations
  • Complete tasks related to ground operations, including compliance and customer services
  • Liaise with crew, airport authorities, and load master staff to ensure operations run smoothly
  • Deal with Dangerous goods, customs, and HMRC, and be fully conversant with IATA/IOSA regulations
  • Have knowledge of flight software and flight planning systems
  • Previous experience in airline/cargo management is required

Requirements:
