Job Opportunity

We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our team as a Sales and Operations Manager in the freight forwarding sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in freight forwarding and/or transport to build their own business unit with our support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage your own workload and deliver high standards of work
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Build and grow your own business unit within the freight forwarding sector
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve business objectives
What We Offer
  • Uncapped earning potential with a realistic OTE of £70,000 - £120,000 in your first year
  • Completely flexible working arrangements, including the option to work from anywhere
  • Support to build your own business unit with as much or as little support as needed
  • No KPIs, targets, or boss to answer to
Requirements
  • Background in freight forwarding and/or transport
  • Experience working in a sales, account management, or business development environment
  • An active customer base is highly beneficial
  • Excellent client-facing experience, relationship management skills, and a drive to succeed
