About the Role

Harris Hill Charity Recruitment Specialists is seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Fellowship Growth and Partnerships Officer. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving the growth and development of our network of over 31,000 Fellows.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver the growth and development of our Fellowship network in line with our operational strategy.
  • Promote Fellowship internally and externally through events, presentations, and digital recruitment campaigns.
  • Lead on specific recruitment sources to bring in new Fellows, particularly through internal and external events, other engagement opportunities, and digital recruitment campaigns.
  • Act as a point of contact for prospective Fellows, outlining the value of our Fellowship to different audiences.
  • Use CRM and reporting software to track and monitor Fellowship recruitment, drawing on data to measure success and make decisions.
  • Work across multiple platforms to coordinate Fellows and team administration, including keeping records up to date and running reports.
Requirements
  • Excellent networking skills and ability to engage new people effectively at events.
  • Ability to think creatively and spot opportunities.
  • Strong data inputting skills and confidence with a broad range of IT systems.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days office-based.
