Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and caring individual to join our team as a Support Worker at Foundry Mews, a supported living scheme providing support for adults with mental health needs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping individuals build the skills to move on independently.
About the Role:
As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing emotional support to service users, engaging them in active support and community participation, and working with families and professionals to promote daily independence and wellbeing. You will also be required to cover rotas working weekends, mornings, afternoon shifts, and sleep-ins.
