Key Responsibilities of the Registered Manager:
- Act as a supportive advocate for the service, engaging with service users and their families in a respectful and individualized manner.
- Implement effective service delivery while maintaining robust monitoring systems to uphold care standards.
- Provide guidance, leadership, and support to all team members.
- Be prepared to engage in all facets of the role, including assisting with personal care and household tasks as needed.
- Maintain strong communication and collaboration with all stakeholders involved in service provision, including commissioners, service users, families, and social work teams.
- Ensure that all staff receive appropriate training for their roles and have access to ongoing professional development opportunities.
- Establish and uphold measures to comply with CQC regulations, striving for excellence in care standards.
- Participate in on-call duties as required.
As a Registered Manager, you will receive:

We are looking for a Registered Manager who possesses:
- A strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for vulnerable individuals
- A Level 5 qualification in Health and Social Care leadership and management or an equivalent qualification is desirable
- A minimum of 2 years of managerial experience within the care sector
- A valid UK driving license
