Insurance Policy Specialist Opportunity

Optima Recruitment Limited is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Insurance Policy Specialist to join our team. As an Insurance Policy Specialist, you will be responsible for learning the processes involved in insurance policies, administering policies, and providing excellent customer service to intermediaries, customers, and other relevant third parties.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Learn and understand the insurance policies and processes used by the company.
  2. Administer policies, including quotations, policies, and queries, in a timely and efficient manner.
  3. Provide high-quality telephone and email service to customers, intermediaries, and other relevant third parties.
  4. Efficiently process daily workload in line with targets and set authority limits.
  5. Work to operational deadlines and handle any policy queries or concerns from other departments.
  6. Provide customer service through telephone, email, and live chat.
Requirements:
  1. Good level of education and some work experience preferred.
  2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  3. Ability to understand and use established systems and good PC skills.
  4. Attention to detail and ability to accurately record information.
