- Provide high-quality telephone and email service to intermediaries, customers, and other relevant third parties
- Efficiently process daily workload in line with targets and set authority limits
- Handle policy queries or concerns from other departments
- Provide customer service through telephone, email, and live chat
- Good level of education
- Some work experience preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to understand and use established systems - good PC skills
- Attention to detail and ability to accurately record information
- £21,000 with regular reviews
- Based in Dorking
- Hybrid working (2 days wfh, 3 days in the office)
