Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive team player who is eager to learn and take on new challenges. As a Trainee Admin Operations, you will be responsible for learning the processes involved in insurance policies, administration, and customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Learn and understand the systems used in policies
  • Administer policies, including quotations, policies, and queries
  • Provide high-quality telephone and email service to intermediaries, customers, and other relevant third parties
  • Efficiently process daily workload in line with targets and set authority limits
  • Handle policy queries or concerns from other departments
  • Provide customer service through telephone, email, and live chat
Requirements:
  • Good level of education
  • Some work experience preferred
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to understand and use established systems - good PC skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to accurately record information
