Financial Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Financial Administrator to support our client's SJP Practice in Dorking. The successful candidate will provide administrative support to Financial Advisers, including business processing, financial administration, and client liaison.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and administrative support to Financial Advisers
  • Issue letters of authority to providers
  • Chase financial institutions for requested information
  • Liaise with Administration Centres and Paraplanners
  • Draft and proof-read documents, including client correspondence and presentations
  • Update client records and databases with financial and personal data
  • Maintain and update the CRM to effectively manage business workflow
  • Decipher policy information and input it into the CRM
  • Onboard new clients to the company CRM
  • Prepare client files for review meetings
  • Provide regular status updates to clients
  • Complete illustrations and applications for new business
  • Process new business and chase through to completion
  • Manage compliance requirements and ensure new business and client files are fully compliant
  • Maintain accurate computer records
  • Manage company compliance records

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a Financial Planning role
  • Can-do attitude, flexibility, and adaptability
  • Exceptional attention to detail and excellent written English, numerate, and analytical skills
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to use own initiative and multitask
