Exciting Opportunity for a Sales Branch Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Branch Manager to join our successful Estate Agency team in Bury St Edmunds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of sales professionals, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive business growth
  • Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer service
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and reports to track sales performance
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of sales and lettings services
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in Estate Agency
  • Proven track record of sales success and target achievement
  • Strong leadership and motivational skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing circumstances
