About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Marketing Manager to champion our range of children's fiction and non-fiction. This is a permanent position in our trade and consumer marketing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive the marketing initiatives for our front and backlist fiction as well as a range of non-fiction and reading resources for ages 5+
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders, including authors, agents, and marketing/PR agencies
  • Engage effectively with internal and external partners, fostering strong relationships
  • Craft compelling social media content and manage a budget
  • Prioritize a heavy workload with maximum attention to detail and manage projects
Requirements
  • Previous marketing experience in an education or trade publisher
  • Ability to interrogate customer and marketing data and generate insights
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and team working skills
  • Innovative and creative
  • Experience of managing a budget and prioritizing a heavy workload
  • Good presentation skills and experience of managing projects
