About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to join our client's team on a long-term freelance basis. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to work on a high-profile project.

Project Overview

The project involves the delivery of a £100m new build scheme with 7 separate blocks. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing cost planning expertise and ensuring the project is delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver stage 4 cost planning services

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:
