Job Overview

The working hours are set from 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.

Our Temporary Staffing Team is dedicated to supplying skilled personnel to various departments across our organization, and we are looking for a personable individual to become part of our administrative workforce. Our offices are dynamic environments where our clinical teams depend on us to deliver a proficient and effective service that enhances patient care.

This position entails interaction with patients and their families, either in person or over the phone, necessitating strong communication abilities. You will manage incoming and outgoing calls, address inquiries efficiently, and perform reception duties as needed.

Maintaining strict confidentiality is paramount, and you will be expected to interact with patients and their families with respect and discretion at all times. Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, and Outlook is essential, and support for utilizing our digital systems will be provided to the successful candidate.

While this role can be demanding, it is also rewarding as you play a vital part in supporting our team and services. We welcome your interest in this position.

Key Responsibilities

Join our Administrative Support Team and commit to working 3 to 5 full days a week, Monday through Friday.

  • Ensure accurate maintenance and security of patient and staff records in accordance with established policies and procedures, upholding data quality and confidentiality.
  • Uphold strict confidentiality regarding all information related to patients, staff, and sensitive organizational matters.
  • Perform reception duties, including welcoming service users, caregivers, relatives, and visitors as directed by supervisory staff.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing phone calls courteously and efficiently, directing inquiries to senior colleagues when necessary, and taking accurate messages for timely delivery.
  • Type various documents, including email requests, copy typing, and audio transcription using digital dictation systems.
  • Prioritize your workload effectively to meet deadlines and fulfill the requirements of the role.
  • Conduct regular data entry and schedule appointments for service users within the clinical administration system.
