Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Defence Sales Professional to join our team at ESP, a leading OT Security Software Company. As a UK Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing full sales cycles from lead to meeting to close, targeting Defence and MOD customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Defence sector
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Defence and MOD customers
  • Manage full sales cycles from lead to meeting to close
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities
  • Provide regular sales performance updates and insights to senior management

Requirements:

  • Proven experience selling to Defence customers
  • Ability to obtain security clearance
  • Strong track record of closing full sales cycle deals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets
