Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Defence Sales Professional to join our team at ESP, a leading OT Security Software Company. As a UK Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing full sales cycles from lead to meeting to close, targeting Defence and MOD customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the Defence sector
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers within Defence and MOD organisations
- Manage full sales cycles, from lead generation to close, ensuring timely and effective delivery of sales results
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product development, to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to inform sales strategies and tactics
Requirements:
- Proven experience selling to Defence customers, with a strong track record of closing full sales cycle deals
- Ability to obtain and maintain security clearance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of the Defence sector and its key players
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritising multiple tasks and deadlines
