Role Responsibilities


As a SHE Advisor, you will play a crucial role in our organization, providing expert SHE support, guidance, and coaching at the regional business level. You will engage with Project Teams, Operations Directors, and supply chain colleagues to ensure the effective promotion and implementation of the business SHE policy and operational framework.

The role allows for a degree of independence, requiring the successful candidate to manage their workload efficiently while demonstrating excellent time management and computer proficiency.


Key Duties Include:
  • Offering advice and direction on all SHE policies and procedures.
  • Collaborating with Senior Leadership to ensure the SHE policy and operational framework are effectively promoted and executed.
  • Managing your workload efficiently.
  • Coordinating with site teams to ensure all HSE standards are current and policies are adhered to.
  • Facilitating communication across various teams within SES to establish and maintain HSE standards.
