SES Engineering Services is seeking a dedicated SHE Advisor to enhance our Northern operations, focusing on intricate mechanical and electrical projects across diverse sectors.

Role Responsibilities
The SHE Advisor plays a crucial role in our organization, providing expert SHE support, guidance, and coaching at the regional business level. This involves collaborating with Project Teams, Operations Directors, and supply chain partners to ensure the effective implementation of our SHE policies and operational frameworks.
The successful candidate will enjoy a degree of autonomy and must demonstrate excellent time management and organizational skills to manage their workload efficiently.
Key Duties Include:
- Offering expert advice on all SHE policies and procedures.
- Collaborating with Senior Leadership to ensure the promotion and effective deployment of SHE policies.
- Managing workload independently and effectively.
- Coordinating with site teams to ensure compliance with HSE standards and policies.
- Facilitating communication across various teams within SES to establish and uphold HSE standards.
