Job Title: Environmental Infrastructure Manager

Grundon is seeking an experienced Environmental Infrastructure Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Environmental team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of our environmental control and management systems across our sites.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain landfill gas control systems to achieve regulatory compliance and high standards of energy efficiency.
  • Collaborate with site teams, engineers, planners, and sustainability specialists to develop and implement energy and environmental projects.
  • Investigate and implement new technologies to minimize environmental impact and support the company's Net-Zero goals.
  • Manage projects and contractors to ensure successful delivery and compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in landfill environmental monitoring and control systems, with a focus on landfill gas control systems.
  • Thorough understanding of the regulatory framework applicable to the waste management industry.
  • Project and contractor management skills.
  • Full driving licence.
