We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Retail Operations Assistant to join our team at Boots during the Christmas season. Key Responsibilities- Pick and Pack Online Orders: Process online customer orders to a high standard using a handheld device, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Prepare Online Orders for Collection or Delivery: Prepare online customer orders for collection from store or home delivery, ensuring that orders are accurately packed and ready for dispatch.
- Stock Management and Support: Obtain the relevant information and locate the required stock from the stockroom and sales floor to pack and dispatch online orders, while also supporting the store's daily operational activities, including stocking shelves and general housekeeping.
- Teamwork and Problem-Solving: Work collaboratively with the team to solve any issues and meet daily targets, ensuring that the store runs smoothly and efficiently.
- Full Training Provided: We provide full training for this role, but you will need to have the following essential skills or experience:
- Process-Oriented and Paced: Enjoy following process and working at pace, with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Team Player: Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a team, with excellent communication and listening skills.
- Comfortable with Technology: Comfortable learning about and using new technology, including handheld mobile devices to process online orders.
- Retail or Warehouse Experience: Experience in a retail or warehouse environment would be beneficial, as would familiarity with the products Boots sells.
