Assistant Manager Job Opportunity

Zachary Daniels is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Manager to join our team in Leeds. As an Assistant Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the success of our retail store, leading a team of sales associates and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, sales and revenue generation, and customer service satisfaction.
  • Train, mentor, and coach team members to ensure they provide high-quality customer service and achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and review store performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
  • Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and senior management to ensure seamless store operations.
Requirements:
  • Proven retail experience as a Floor Manager, Department Manager, Assistant Manager, or equivalent.
  • Ability to manage KPIs and budgets to improve store performance.
  • Track record of driving sales and performance.
  • Confident leader and motivator with excellent communication skills.
  • Proven experience in delivering exceptional customer service.
