Job Title: Senior Mental Health Practitioner - Clinical Lead

Hourglass Staffing is currently recruiting for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to work with our Rapid Assessment Intensive Support Team (RAIST) in a mental health setting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments of children and young people aged 0-18 years, providing enhanced risk assessments, care planning, and safety planning.
  • Conduct both community and ward assessments, providing intensive support for service users over a 2-week period.
  • Provide support and guidance to junior staff, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained across the team.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
Position Details:
  • Work Pattern: Monday to Friday (Flexible hours: 12-hour shifts or 9-5)
  • Umbrella Rate: £35.67 per hour
  • Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
Requirements:
  • Qualified Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist with mental health experience
  • Experience in working with children and young people in mental health settings
