Hourglass Staffing is currently recruiting for a Senior Mental Health Practitioner to work with our Rapid Assessment Intensive Support Team (RAIST) in a mental health setting.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments of children and young people aged 0-18 years, providing enhanced risk assessments, care planning, and safety planning.
- Conduct both community and ward assessments, providing intensive support for service users over a 2-week period.
- Provide support and guidance to junior staff, ensuring a high standard of care is maintained across the team.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement effective care plans.
- Work Pattern: Monday to Friday (Flexible hours: 12-hour shifts or 9-5)
- Umbrella Rate: £35.67 per hour
- Pay Type: Umbrella or PAYE available
- Qualified Nurse, Social Worker, or Occupational Therapist with mental health experience
- Experience in working with children and young people in mental health settings
