Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced YouTube Manager to join our team at Sphere Digital Recruitment. As a YouTube Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our YouTube channel, working closely with our digital marketing and content teams, and creating a content calendar.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of the YouTube channel, including creating and scheduling content, engaging with viewers, and analyzing performance metrics.
- Work closely with the digital marketing and content teams to develop and implement a strategic video content plan.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and video production teams to create high-quality video content.
- Analyze trends in YouTube and competitive audits to inform content decisions.
- Monitor engagement through comments and likes, and provide regular analysis on performance.
Requirements:
- 5 years' experience in a similar role, preferably in a digital marketing or content creation environment.
- Experience building a successful YouTube channel from scratch, with a proven track record of creating engaging content and growing a loyal audience.
- Strong technical skills, including experience with video editing software and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
