Job Title: Early Years Assessor

Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

Location: Home-based, covering the Sheffield area

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Early Years professional to join our team as an Early Years Assessor. As an Early Years Assessor, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners, providing coaching and mentoring to support them in achieving their Early Years qualification.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a caseload of Early Years apprenticeship learners, including those with Functional Skills
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to learners to support them in achieving their Early Years qualification
  • Conduct regular visits to learners in their place of work to monitor progress and provide support
  • Collaborate with other professionals to ensure learners receive comprehensive support
  • Maintain accurate records of learner progress and provide regular reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Early Years management
  • Level 5 (or equivalent) Early Years qualification
  • UK driving license and use of own transport
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
