About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Alcedo Selection Limited. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects related to facilities management, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage customer relationships and communicate project plans and progress to stakeholders
  • Conduct site surveys and assess project requirements
  • Develop and implement project plans, including timelines and resource allocation
  • Oversee the installation of facilities management services, including tactile/safety flooring, graffiti removal, and contract cleaning
  • Collaborate with the commercial team to ensure accurate estimates and project feasibility
  • Monitor project progress and identify potential issues or risks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
Requirements
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in facilities management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools
