About the Role

Infraspec is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Associate Director of Project Controls to join our team. As a key member of our project delivery team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of project controls professionals to ensure the successful delivery of client projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of project controls staff to ensure delivery of client workload while maintaining positive outcomes.
  • Generate fee income through delivery on major existing projects.
  • Check the integrity of internal and external programmes (Primavera P6).
  • Contribute towards the development of internal project controls professionals.
  • Work with new and existing clients to develop their project controls teams, systems, processes, and governance.
Requirements
  • Experience within planning and project controls toolsets such as Earned Value Management, Risk, Change Control, Primavera P6/MS Projects, etc.
  • Knowledge and understanding of Programme/PMO and how they integrate within the overall project delivery.
  • Strong leadership skills within a project controls team environment.
  • Stakeholder management and engagement.
  • Solid narrative skills to support bid writing.
  • Experience in infrastructure sectors such as civil engineering, construction, aviation, rail, and utilities.
  • Ideal qualifications include a degree in engineering or a construction-related subject or similar.
What We Offer

This is a London-based hybrid working position with flexibility to work from home 2-3 days a week. Salary is dependent on experience, with a range of £80K-£90K plus bonus and a generous benefits package.
