Finance Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to join our team at Doosan Bobcat EMEA. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for consolidating, analyzing, and reporting the financials of our businesses in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide and interpret financial information to support business decisions
  • Develop and maintain internal control mechanisms to minimize financial risk
  • Manage and coordinate monthly reporting, budgeting, and forecast processes
  • Oversee purchase ledger and credit control
  • Review and approve sales in accordance with company policies
  • Monitor cash flow and ensure timely payments
  • Responsible for Tax reporting and the annual audit
  • Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements
  • Identify and implement cost-reduction opportunities
  • Develop relationships with external contacts, including auditors, solicitors, and HM Revenue & Customs
  • Analyze and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance and support as needed
Requirements:
  • Qualified ACCA/CIMA or ACA
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
  • Experience with Navision and Key is desirable
  • Thorough understanding of Microsoft applications, especially Excel, with knowledge of Pivot tables, Macros, and formulas
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical thinking
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong presentation skills and ability to work in a complex, demanding environment
