Job Title: Chemistry Laboratory Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chemistry Laboratory Manager to join our team at CV Library. As a Chemistry Laboratory Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of chemists and engineers in the development and testing of new materials and products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of chemists and engineers in the development and testing of new materials and products.
  • Develop and implement laboratory procedures and protocols to ensure the safe and efficient operation of the laboratory.
  • Conduct research and development activities to improve the quality and performance of materials and products.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement new products and technologies.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.

Requirements:

  • PhD in Chemistry or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a laboratory management role.
  • Proven track record of leading a team of chemists and engineers.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
