About the Role

Bidwells is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Client Care Coordinator to join our Residential Sales team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional client service and administrative support to our sales team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the department's shared inbox and respond to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate preview visits, viewings, and surveyor visits, ensuring seamless communication with clients and vendors.
  • Register new applicants on our database and match their search requirements to available properties.
  • Maintain and update the Reapit applicant database, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support the viewing guide team with day-to-day inquiries and update the viewing diary.
  • Add viewing guide feedback from sales viewings to Reapit.
  • Assist with completions, including key preparation, updating records, and arranging champagne and key release forms.
  • Order and arrange collections of for-sale boards.
  • Maintain and update the brochure drawers and back-room filing system.
  • Add new brochures to the comparables filing system.
  • Contribute to creating and posting department social media posts.
  • Prepare and send Dotmailers bulletins for new instructions, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
