Asset Management Associate

We are seeking a highly skilled Asset Management Associate to join our team at Anonymous, a commercial real estate lender focusing on middle market loans throughout Europe.

The successful candidate will work closely with our Managing Director to manage a portfolio of commercial real estate loans across all asset classes in Western Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analysis of borrower reports, business plans, and due diligence packages to ensure compliance with loan covenants.
  • Preparation of quarterly performance reporting for investors and lenders, including maintenance of the portfolio performance model.
  • Restructuring of loans, if necessary, and review of legal amendments.
  • Collaboration with the originations, legal, and finance teams.

Requirements:

  • Strong academic credentials (minimum of Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, Banking, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical skillset, with proficiency in Excel and modeling.
  • London-based, with willingness to travel throughout Europe.
