Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Hastings Court. As a Hospitality Assistant, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional hospitality service to our residents and their families.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with Meal Service

Assist with meal service either in resident rooms or dining rooms, ensuring that our residents receive a high-quality dining experience.

Ensure Water and Drink Jugs are Refilled

Regularly refill water and drink jugs in resident rooms to ensure that our residents have access to refreshments at all times.

Set Up and Clear Down Tables

Help set up and clear down tables before and after lunch service, maintaining a clean and tidy environment for our residents.

Maintain Temperature Records

Maintain temperature records of fridges and service stations in the dining rooms, ensuring that our residents' food is stored and served at the correct temperature.

Maintain the Bistro

Maintain the Bistro to ensure a professional offering, which is fully stocked and ready for use at all times.

Attend to Residents' Non-Care Related Needs

Attend to residents' non-care related needs, such as opening and closing curtains, changing TV channels, and other tasks that require assistance.

Requirements

  • Previous Experience

Previous experience of working in a similar role within a luxurious setting is essential for this position.

'Can Do' Attitude

A 'can do' attitude and willingness to work with us in ensuring we support our residents with the best quality service is crucial for this role.

Customer Facing Experience

Customer facing experience, including building working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, is also essential for this position.
