Key Responsibilities- Engage with customers on a face-to-face basis to promote our energy tariffs and low-carbon technologies.
- Work in a variety of venues, including shopping centers and supermarkets, to reach potential customers.
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure that every customer is given a positive experience.
- Collaborate with your team to influence and inspire others to achieve sales targets.
- Communicate effectively with customers and colleagues to ensure seamless interactions.
- No sales experience is necessary, but a passion for engaging with customers and delivering excellent service is essential.
- Experience in a customer-centric setting where you have come up with quick and effective customer solutions.
- Ability to work collaboratively with your team and communicate effectively.
- Honest, focused, and committed to delivering the highest levels of customer service.
- Experience of working both in a team and on your own.
- A driving license to travel to various venues.
- A competitive salary of £26,300 per year, plus a generous commission scheme.
