We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team at Springcare Care Homes Ltd.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing personal care and support to residents, including washing, dressing, and feeding.
  • Assisting with daily living activities, such as toileting, bathing, and mobility.
  • Supporting residents with their physical and mental wellbeing through activities and social interactions.
  • Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including tidying residents' private bedrooms and communal areas.
  • Working collaboratively with the care team to ensure high-quality care and support.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a care setting, preferably in a nursing home environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly, including night shifts and weekends.
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use care software.
  • Enhanced DBS check and right to work in the UK.
