Quality Assurance Lead

Position OverviewWe are currently in search of a Quality Assurance Lead with extensive experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to manage our direct and subcontracting operations.
Key Responsibilities- Oversee quality management and enhancement within the further education sector.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, particularly in relation to SEND provisions.
- Lead quality assurance initiatives and maintain adherence to Ofsted guidelines.
- Analyze complex data to provide evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
- Manage multiple projects effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
- Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders at all levels.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A minimum of one year of experience in quality assurance within the education and training sector.
- In-depth knowledge of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework for Adult, Young People, and SEND Provision.
- Proven experience in a compliance or quality assurance role, particularly in subcontracting or outsourcing contexts.
- Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
