Position Overview

We are currently in search of a Quality Assurance Lead with extensive experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) to manage our direct and subcontracting operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee quality management and enhancement within the further education sector.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, particularly in relation to SEND provisions.
  • Lead quality assurance initiatives and maintain adherence to Ofsted guidelines.
  • Analyze complex data to provide evidence-based recommendations for improvement.
  • Manage multiple projects effectively, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Foster strong relationships with subcontractors and stakeholders at all levels.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum of one year of experience in quality assurance within the education and training sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of the Ofsted Education Inspection Framework for Adult, Young People, and SEND Provision.
  • Proven experience in a compliance or quality assurance role, particularly in subcontracting or outsourcing contexts.
  • Strong analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
